A brand new experience, first time have such a course.
hmphs, only the theory was freakishly boring , two hours mind you. i think i yawn more than a hundred times.
the practical was super fun, 5 hours of baking breads.
oh ya speakin of it,my cousin cheated my feelings.
she said that the course was making cheesecake, tiramisu, opera cake, etc
but in the end, it was breads. gosh. you know how down am i after that.
anw,today we made white bread, sweet breads and burger bread. sounds simple huh , but it took much effort okay! tommorow's gonna make doughnuts , cinnamon rolls , etc/ much more interesting yeahs.
nvm, it was still fun . i learnt a lot today & there's still four more days to the end of the course.
damn, can i have a miss on the theory please?
my hand is aching now, after rolling over hundreds of breads. efforts paid off , people said the breads are nice and addictive! hahas. happy happy.
and i finished watching"no reservation"
nice though but its duration needs to be lengthened, not enough!
